Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Saanvi Clothing Private Limited, the parent company of envie.in, we prioritize your satisfaction and aim to ensure a seamless and worry-free shopping experience. While we take great care in delivering quality intimate wear, we understand that there may be situations where a return or exchange is needed. Here’s everything you need to know.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for all products except the following items, which are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons:

  • Panties
  • Bikinis
  • Briefs
  • Shapewear

All other products can be returned or exchanged if they meet our return conditions.

2. Return & Exchange Window

Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
We encourage customers to check their items immediately upon delivery.

3. Conditions for Return or Exchange

Due to the intimate nature and hygienic standards, we do not accept returns on:

  • Briefs, panties, shapewear panties
  • Opened boxes of multi-piece sets that include panties

For eligible returns, the following conditions must be met:
✅ The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
All tags, hygiene stickers, and seals must be intact.
✅ The product must not show signs of wear or damage caused after delivery.
✅ If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, photo or video proof (preferably an unboxing video) must be shared for verification.

Items that do not pass our quality checks will not be eligible for return or exchange.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or exchange:

  1. Use a bubble sheet wrap to secure and protect the box and products inside.
  2. Enclose your invoice inside the package.
  3. Include any free gift items received with your order, such as bra straps, camisoles, cosmetics, panties, additional bras, etc., if applicable.

  5. Acceptance of Shipping charges from customer

Our customer support team will guide you through the process. If approved, we will either arrange a reverse pickup or provide the address for self-shipping the product back where customer has to accept to bear the shipping charges whether we initiate the return/exchange request or its self shipping by customer.

Upon approval from customer of shipping charges , we will initiate the process.

5. Refund & Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
If approved, a replacement will be sent in case of an exchange.
For refunds, we will process the amount to your original payment method or issue store credit, as per your preference.

Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Panties, bikinis, briefs, and shapewear
Lingerie sets containing panties (unless the panty is sealed and untouched)
Multipack items (cannot be returned individually)
Clearance or sale items (unless damaged or incorrect)

We request customers to carefully read product descriptions before purchasing.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations or modifications are not allowed.
