How do I care for my lingerie?

Can I return or exchange items?
Yes, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy on all our products except panties. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and returned within 7 days of receipt. Please visit our Returns & Exchanges page for detailed instructions.

How discreet is your packaging?
We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in a brown discreet packaging without any branding or indication of the contents inside. The return address label will display our company name.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift cards?
No, at the moment we do not offer gift wrapping.
Are your products ethically sourced?
We are committed to ethical sourcing practices. We source fabrics from trusted suppliers who adhere to ethical standards, including fair labor practices and environmental responsibility. We ethically manufacture Envie products in our own manufacturing units ensuring best quality.
How can I track my order?
Click on Profile > Track Order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery from Track Order Tab available in Profile.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the same. Orders can be cancelled via our website/app Or via customer support stating valid reasons.
Do you offer bra fitting services?
While we do not offer in-person fittings, our size guide and fit tips provide comprehensive guidance to help you find your perfect fit. If you have specific questions, our customer service team is happy to assist.

Currently, we do not offer customization options. However, we have a wide selection of styles and sizes to choose from.
